Isle of Skye Brewery
From rain-soaked soil to the glass in your hand, we use only the most authentic ingredients in our ales. That even means milling our own grains – right here at the brewery. This gives us complete control over flavour and freshness. And when an ale calls for a little extra bitterness, we simply hand-pick local berries and plants. All to let the true taste of malt shine through.
Meadowsweet Croft
Meadowsweet Croft is a small, artisan cut flower field on the stunning Isle of Skye. They grow seasonal, sustainable cut flowers for gift bouquets, weddings and elopements or simple bunches for the kitchen table. Their flowers are grown naturally in their cutting patch and, on the croft, they wait for the seasons to turn and for nature to send up those beautiful blooms from the earth.
Torabhaig Distillery
We are Torabhaig; a small, independent distillery part of the Sleat Peninsula on the Isle of Skye. We love exploring subtle, elegant flavours of peat inspired by our beautiful surroundings and thriving community. This is how we create our signature smoke flavours - a house style called ‘smoke with taste’. We are capturing our house style as it unfolds with a collection of limited edition 'Legacy Series' releases so you too can follow our story.
